CANTON — A woman was charged with driving while intoxicated following a property-damage accident on SH 68 Friday morning, according to state police.
Emily R. Gagnon, 34, was charged with first-offense driving while intoxicated, refusal to take a breath rest and moving from a lane unsafely, troopers said.
She was charged at 3:07 a.m. and released to a third party, officers said.
