MASSENA -- A Chadwicks woman is facing a felony after village police allege she was driving with 11 suspensions on her license.

Nicole M. Devincenzi, 31, of 3524 Oneida Street, Chadwicks was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicated, and operating a motor vehicle with broken glass.

Police pulled over her 2009 Toyota at 3:35 a.m. Saturday on Main Street where she tested for a .09 percent blood alcohol level. The threshold for driving while intoxicated is .09 percent. She told police she consumed two beers and a shot in Brasher Falls.

She was arraigned in Massena Village Court before Justice Gerald Sharlow and released on her own recognizance to reappear on a later date.
