POTSDAM – The St. Lawrence County Office for the Aging must find community volunteers to assist with delivering meals to 20 elderly Potsdam village residents, or the program will have to be dropped.
Without community support, the Potsdam Village Home Delivered Meal Service will have to be discontinued after Nov. 12.
Volunteers are needed for one hour every Tuesday from 11 a.m. to noon.
If you are interested in volunteering to meet the urgent need for this very worthwhile program, contact Dianna McCormick, Meals Program Manager, at 386-4730 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
