BRASHER -- Two people are jailed following an armed robbery where a large quantity of oxycodone and a firearm were stolen.
Danelle C. LaPage, 36, of Winthrop and Tanner J. McGregor, 17, of Massena are each charged with first-degree burglary, troopers said.
A 56-year-old male who state police did not identify reported they entered his home armed and stole about 180 oxycodone pills, a .22 caliber rifle and an undisclosed amount of cash, according to troopers.
The robbery was reported around 2:30 p.m. Saturday, troopers said.
LaPage was charged at 12:05 p.m. Sunday at the state police station in Massena, arraigned in Brasher Town Court and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility, Canton, in lieu of $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond. She is to re-appear in court Tuesday at 5 p.m.
McGregor was charged at 2:35 p.m. Sunday at 227 Main St. in Massena, arraigned in Brasher Town Court and remanded to the county lockup in lieu of $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond with orders to reappear Tuesday at 6 p.m., troopers said.
