STOCKHOLM – A Winthrop man with two counts of felony drunk driving early today following an ATV accident on County Route 49, according to state police.
Dale S. Thompson, 42, was charged shortly after 5:33 a.m. with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated-previous conviction within past ten years, unregistered ATV, illegal operation of ATV on a highway, operating ATV without a helmet and no insurance, police said.
He was released to a third party.
