HEUVELTON – St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies are seeking a white male driving a silver or tan car who attempted to rob the Wilson Farms Store early Saturday evening.
Deputies said the unknown male entered the store and demanded money from the clerk. No weapon was displayed and the man fled the store when police were called, deputies said.
He drove away in a silver or tan Pontiac and was wearing a gray hoodie sweatshirt, blue jeans and green latex gloves, deputies said. Witnesses were able to provide deputies with a partial license plate number.
One or more people were in the vehicle and are believed to have been unaware of what the male who entered the store was doing, deputies said.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the sheriff’s office at 379-2222.
