WADDINGTON — A Waddington man was jailed Wednesday after calling a person who was protected by an order of protection 14 times in a two hour period, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Kimball F. Oshier, 58, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, felony, officers said.
He was arraigned in Massena court and remanded to St. Lawrence County Jail on $2,000 bail or $4,000 bond, deputies said.
Oshier was ordered to appear in Waddington court at a later date.
