NORFOLK -- A Waddington man has been charged with two misdemeanors and a felony in connection with an alleged domestic incident in Norfolk.

State police were called to the scene at 3:45 a.m. Sunday. After their investigation, Patrick R. Wright, 28, was charged with a felony count of first-degree criminal contempt-physical contact, and two misdemeanors, third-degree assault with intent to cause injury, and fourth degree criminal mischief-preventing an emergency call.
