CANTON -- St. Lawrence County Drug Task force has charged a Waddington man with selling heroin to an undercover operative.
Allen Oshier, 30, was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, and criminal sale of a controlled substance. He was additional charged a bench warrant for failing to appear in court.
St. Lawrence County Drug Task force members conducted and investigation during which Oshier allegedly sold heroin to one of its operatives.
St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies and Canton village police assisted in the investigation.
He was sent to St. Lawrence County jail and is to appear in court at a later date.
