MASSENA -- A Waddington man was charged with a felony on Tuesday for stealing a purse at Walmart earlier in the summer, village police report.
Michael A. Kendall, 56, of 159 Lincoln Ave. is charged with felony fourth-degree grand larceny and misdemeanor petit larceny, police said.
He allegedly took someone’s purse out of a shopping cart on June 9. It contained a credit card, which resulted in the felony county, police said.
Kendall was arraigned by Massena Town Justice Gerald Sharlow and released on his own recognizance.
