WADDINGTON -- A Waddington man faces multiple charges, including resisting arrest, after he was charged with drunken driving on State Highway 37 Monday.
St. Lawrence County Sheriff's deputies charged Edwin E. Sharlow Jr., 40, with driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest, criminal mischief, failure to dim headlamps, failure to comply with a police officer and operating out of class.
Sharlow had an alleged blood alcohol content of .14 percent.
He was arraigned by Town of Lisbon Justice Philip Fonda and released on his own recognizance to appear in Waddington Town Court at a later date.
