WADDINGTON – The Waddington Hepburn Library Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting Tuesday, Aug. 10, at 8 p.m. in the library.

The trustees plan to vote on moving forward on an application for a matching grant to repair the library roof and to determine the availability of matching funds.
