Volunteers are needed for annual Special Olympics North Country Region bowling competitions on Saturday, Oct. 29 in Gouverneur and Malone, and Sunday, Nov. 5 in Malone.
They will be needed from noon to 3 p.m.
Volunteers help make sure athletes bowl in the correct order and record total scores on cards used to prepare awards.

Volunteers are asked to call before the competition date so they know who to expect.
Special Olympics New York – North Country Region serves 350 athletes from St. Lawrence and Franklin Counties through more than 30 training programs.
