ROSSIE -- Virginia and Ohio men were arrested Thursday morning on U.S. Highway 11 after drugs and a loaded firearm were discovered following a traffic stop for speeding, according to state police.
Robert J. Nolan, 22, Woodford, Va., was charged at 2:39 a.m. with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon: loaded firearm, third-degree criminal possession of marijuana: more than eight ounces, felony; fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana: less than two ounces and speeding.
Daniel T. Hull, 21, Lima, Ohio, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana: less than two ounces at 2:39 a.m.
Both men were listed as held.
