MASSENA -- Emmanuel Congregational Church, West Orvis Street, will host a vigil in memory of the Pulse nightclub massacre victims.
It will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
Gunman Omar Mateen used an assault rifle to murder 49 people and injured 53 others in the attack on the gay nightclub in Orlando. He was shot dead by police at the scene.
“Emmanuel Congregational United Church of Christ, Massena, NY stands with the LGBTQ community and with all who are grieving for the victims of the massacre at the Pulse Nightclub in the early hours of Sunday morning,” Pastor Judith Van Kennan wrote in an email.
