POTSDAM – The Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1194 and their Ladies’ Auxiliary would like to remind everyone that the third Friday in September is POW/MIA Day.
This year it is Sept. 16. This is a national day to honor those missing in action and prisoners of war from all wars and conflicts.
On this day, the black POW/MIA flag can be flown over federal facilities and cemeteries, post offices and military installations.
