Sen. Gillibrand plans to arrive at 1:30 p.m. and review the “America Innovates Act.”
The event will feature exhibits by start-up businesses, including those launched by student and faculty entrepreneurs at Clarkson and other area colleges.
Attendees will gain first-hand perspectives of young entrepreneurs striving to move their best ideas into commercial enterprises that can capture sales in regional, national and international markets.
Gillibrand will focus on innovation in America and what is needed to advance scientific discoveries into marketable products and companies.
