U.S. Customs and Border Protection in Massena donates to Parishville-Hopkinton Backpack Program

PARISHVILLE – The Parishville-Hopkinton Backpack Program has expressed its gratitude to U.S. Customs and Border Protection at the Massena Port of Entry for their generous donation of food to their program.

Their Feds Feeds Families Program allowed for a large contribution, backpack program organizers said.

The backpack program at PHCS sends home a hearty bag of fixings for meals to families who request the service.

This is the second year that CBP has helped our Backpack Program to be a success. They delivered the food donation to the school, helped them to unload the food “and were exceptionally kind and accommodating,” organizers said.
