POTSDAM -- Valentine's Day was a bad day for two Potsdam bartenders, who face charges of serving alcohol to minors that day.
Aubrie M. Harmon, 19, Liverpool, and Rachel C. Garrett, 20, of Mexico, were charged after police said routine bar checks at different times that day revealed several underage patrons were consuming alcohol at Backstreets, 31 Market St.
Harmon and Garrett were issued criminal summonses charging seven counts each of first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child: alcohol.
They are to answer the charges in village court March 14.
