NORFOLK -- State police say they charged two people with drug and weapon charges following a traffic stop Monday on state Route 56.
Pamela D. Brown, 27, of Bronx is charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felony, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, misdemeanor.
John W. Green, 27, of Massena is charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Massena-based state police say Brown allegedly possessed 50 grams of heroin and an electric stun gun.
Green allegedly had a glass pipe containing a narcotic residue, troopers said.
Brown was arraigned in Norfolk Town Court and remanded to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility, Canton in lieu of $25,000 bail or $35,000 bond.
Green was released on an appearance ticket for Norfolk Town Court on May 27.
