CANTON – Two men have been arrested following allegations a two-car accident was the result of road rage, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.

Deputies today charged Milton E. Brothers, 46, of 969 Middle Rd., Ogdensburg, and Elton D. Johnston, 42, of 201 Bromaghin Rd., Ogdensburg, with second degree reckless endangerment and also issued a traffic ticket for reckless driving.

The two were arraigned before Canton Village Justice Greg Storie and released under the supervision of the St. Lawrence County Probation Department.

Stay away orders of protection were also issued to both men, deputies said.
