OGDENSBURG -- The Ogdensburg Police Department’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit made two additional arrests today in the narcotics investigation at 157 Belmont Courts, which previously led to the arrest of three men.
The investigation originally led to the execution of a search warrant and the arrests of three men Tuesday, according to Ogdensburg police.
Bryan A. Pribble, 25, and Kelsey L. Rubadue, 20, both of 157 Belmont Court, were each charged with first degree criminal nuisance, a class E felony, police said.
Both reside at the residence that was the focus of the investigation, police said. Neither was present at the time of the search, but Rubadue was located nearby shortly thereafter.
The couple was charged for “maintaining a premises where people gather for the purposes of buying and selling controlled substances,” in this case crack cocaine, police said in a press release.
Both were issued appearance tickets and released. The two will return to court Nov. 1.
The investigation remains ongoing, and further arrests and charges are pending, according to police.
