Two men face grand larceny charges stemming from a July 13 incident in Lisbon

DeweyLISBON – Two men face grand larceny charges stemming form a July 13 incident at Positive Energy Solar Project on CountyRoute 28A.

Jared J. Dewey, 22, and Cody A. Lovely, 21, both of Ogdensburg, stole four spools of copper wire valued at over $2,500.

They were both charged with one count each of fourth-degree grand larceny. Dewey was released with an appearance ticket for Lisbon Town Court.

Upon his arrest, Lovely was found in possession of a suboxone pill.

He was additionally charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and New York State Public Health Law violation of Lovelyhaving a controlled substance not the original container.

He was arraigned at the Town of Lisbon Court and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash bail.
