POTSDAM — Two men were charged Thursday evening with after throwing chicken nuggets out of a moving vehicle at a pedestrian on Pierrepont Avenue, according to Potsdam police.
Christian J. Battaglia, 18, Pelham and David J. Irvine, 18, Saranac Lake were both charged with throwing refuse on highway and adjacent land at 6:49 p.m.
The men were issued appearance tickets returnable in Potsdam court Oct. 5, officers said.
