GOUVERNEUR – Two men have been arrested for being “disorderly and acting in a disorderly and threatening manner” in Gouverneur Town Court according to St. Lawrence County sheriffs deputies.
Deputies said Ryan M. Weir, 21, of 271A Talcville Rd., Edwards, and Bryant R. Depompe, 25, of 336 County Route 11, Gouverneur, were charged with disorderly conduct and second degree criminal contempt after they refused to calm down and comply with orders from deputies.
Weir was physically restrained by deputies during the March 7 incident, deputies said. Deputies were assisted at the scene by members of the Gouverneur Village Police Department.
Weir and Depompe were issued appearance tickets returnable in Gouverneur Town Court on March 28.
