POTSDAM -- Two people are dead after an accident on the Potsdam-Morley Road Tuesday at 4:43 p.m.
Canton-based state police said one driver and one passenger were killed. Details on the deceased were not available as families had not yet been notified.
Troopers said one person was pronounced dead at the scene. The second victim was pronounced dead at the Canton-Potsdam Hospital.
Details on the other driver were not available.
Slippery roads and excessive speeds may have played a role, according to troopers.
