Two injured in Gouverneur accidents; additional wrecks reported in Lisbon, Brasher, Potsdam and Oswegatchie

Two people were injured in separate accidents Sunday as state police responded to accidents in Gouverneur, Lisbon, Brasher, Potsdam and Oswegatchie.

One person was injured in an accident at 8:59 p.m. Sunday near East Main Street near Grove Street in Gouverneur. Michael J. Rust, 46, of DeKalb Junction and Warren S. Graffam, 57, of Gouverneur were the drivers, police said.

A second person was injured in an accident Sunday at 10:42 a.m. on County Route 12 near Wilson Street in Gouverneur.

Elizabeth M. Lilley, 19, of Redwood, was the driver, according to Gouverneur-based state police.

Additional accidents reported Sunday by troopers included:

• LISBON - Massena-based state police responded to an accident at 8:12 p.m. Sunday on the Bull Run Road near the Taggart Road.

Chad M. Richardson, 26, of Lisbon, was the driver, according to troopers.

No injuries were reported.

• BRASHER -- Massena-based state police responded to an accident Monday at 6:14 a.m. on State Highway 37 C near North Road.

Kurt T. Breitbeck, 44, of Massena was the driver, according to troopers.

No injuries were reported.

• POTSDAM -- Canton-state police responded to an accident on County Route 35 Sunday at 2:05 p.m.near the Bagdad Road.

Francis T. Green, 35, of Hannawa Falls was the driver, according to troopers.

No injuries were reported.

• OSWEGATCHIE -- Ogdensburg-based state police investigated an accident at 7 a.m. Sunday on Route 68, near Route 37.

Kevin P. Rickett, 41, was the driving, according to troopers.

No injuries were reported.

• OSWEGATCHIE -- Ogdensburg-based state police investigated an accident at 8:47 p.m. Sunday on County Route 10 near the Town Line Road.

Barbara J. Gladle, 33, of Ogdensburg was the driver. according to troopers.

No injuries were reported.
