OSWEGATCHIE -- At least two people were injured on State Highway 68 Wednesday following a collision near the Arnold-Wagner Road.
Ryan E. Kelly, 23, of Rensselaer Falls was ticketed for failure to keep right, following too close and driving while intoxicated at 10:37 p.m.
Heuvelton firefighters extricated a person from one of the vehicles with assistance from the Ogdensburg Volunteer Rescue Squad and Ogdensburg Fire Department.
OVRS transported the injured parties to Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center and Canton-Potsdam Hospital.
Heuvelton Fire Chief Mark Basford said injuries to both parties were non-life threatening.
