OGDENSBURG – Five candidates are competing for three seats on the Ogdensburg City Council.
Republican incumbent Michael D. Morley, 918 New York Ave, and Democratic incumbent Daniel E. Skamperle, 814 Mansion Ave. are running for reelection.
They will run against newcomers Brain R. Mitchell, 601 Eat South St., and James R. Amo, 1017 Pickering St., Republicans, and Penny Sharrow, 625 Jay St., Want to Know Party.
Elections will take place Nov. 5.
