HERMON – Charges are pending as two people from Hermon were hurt when their vehicle left the road and hit a ditch and some trees.
Joseph G. France, 36, and Andrew M. France, 32, were in a 2001 Ford on County Rt. 21 when, according to St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s deputies, when control of the vehicle was lost at about 11:20 p.m. Monday.
The Frances were taken to Canton-Potsdam Hospital by Canton and Hermon Rescue. They were treated for multiple injuries.
Deputies were assisted by Hermon, Canton and Pyrites Fore Departments and state police.
The investigation continues. Charges are pending
