LAWRENCE -- Two people were hospitalized following an UTV accident at 5:58 p.m. July 2, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Scott R. Kocienski, 45, of Lawrence was operating a Polaris Ranger on his property when he lost control of the vehicle causing it to overturn.
Kocienski suffered a minor head injury, but his passenger Albert L. Blazie, 49, suffered a severe head injury.
They were both transported to Canton-Potsdam Hospital for treatment.
Deputies say the incident is under investigation and possible charges are pending.
Police were assisted at the scene by Lawrenceville and Nicholville fire.
