Two Gouverneur men and a North Lawrence woman have been jailed without bail following separate narcotics sales investigations Friday, according to state police.
Brandee J. Arquiett, 38, Robert R. LaRock Jr., 29, and Joseph R. Clement, 49, were charged following lengthy narcotics investigations, state police said.
Arquiett, of North Lawrence, was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance a class B felony, and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B felony. Troopers say she sold cocaine.
LaRock, of Gouverneur, was charged with three counts of fourth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class C Felony, and one count of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, a class D felony. Troopers say he sold Suboxonne.
Clement, of Gouverneur, was charged with three counts of fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class D felony, and one count of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance fifth degree, a class D felony. Troopers say he sold Tramadol.
All three were sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility without bail.
The State Police were assisted in this investigation by the St. Lawrence County Drug Task Force, the Gouverneur Police Department and the Massena Police Department.
