RUSSELL -- Two Russell residents face child endangerment charges after a man allegedly overdosed on drugs in the presence of the couple's children, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Scott A Carlin Jr. and Ashley H. Carlin, were charged with endangering the welfare of a child following the April 8 incident.
Both were arraigned and released on their own recognizance.
