MASSENA -- Village police say they recently charged two people with felony criminal mischief after shooting out windows with BB guns.
On Aug. 21, police say they charged Justin M. Plourde, 24, street address not available, Massena with second-degree criminal mischief, a felony.
Police said he is accused of shooting out windows at the former Napa building on Water Street, causing $2,782.35 worth of damage.
Plourde was arraigned in Massena court by judge Eric Gustafson and released under probationary supervision, pending a future appearance, police said.
On Aug. 20, police say they charged Nicholas R. Wolcott, 22, of Bucktown Road, Massena with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, and discharging a firearm in the village.
He allegedly shot out a woman’s front windshield with a BB gun at 2 Willow St., police said.
