CANTON -- Two Canton men were arrested Saturday for allegedly selling a vehicle that not belong to them, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Deputies allege John P. Borrelli, 28 and Jay A. Daniel, 34, forged the title to the vehicle and sold it to Wayne's Salvage in Madrid.
Both men were charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, felony, and third-degree forgery, officers said.
Borrelli and Daniels were issued appearance tickets returnable to Canton Town Court at a later date, deputies said.
