HAMMOND -- Twelve students walked the stage in Hammond Sunday to accept their diplomas.
Melissa Proven, valedictorian and Nicholas Jewett, salutatorian, both gave speeches at the ceremony. Proven is also the class president.
Special guest Marcia Thompson, a retiring social studies and history teacher also spoke at the ceremony.
