FOWLER -- A Gouverneur man was charged with felony driving while intoxicated after state police said they responded to a reported personal-injury accident on County Route 812 early Sunday morning.
Kevin M. Little, 21, was charged with felony DWI, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, felony, using vehicle without interlock device and refusal to take a breath test.
He was also cited for moving from a lane unsafely, failure to stop at a stop sign and driving without a seatbelt, officers said.
Police did not list injury details.
Little's status was listed as held.
