NORFOLK – A Raymondville woman was arrested Thursday on a felony count of using a child for a sexual performance, according to Massena-based state police.
Samantha L. Sipos, 25, was additionally charged with third-degree obscenity: obscene material and endangering the welfare of a child, at 12:12 p.m. at the police station, 29 Stearns St., trooper said.
The incident was first reported to police May 4.
Her status was listed as held.
