
LOUISVILLE -- A tractor-trailer driven by a Quebec man hit low-hanging wires over St. Rt. 131 knocking out power to some area residents, state police say.
State polic were called to the scene at 6:15 p.m., where they found the truck entangled in the wires.
The truck, owned by Ashron Transport of Chateaugay, Que., was driven by Jean-Philippe Breton of Candiac, Que.
Massena Electric, Massena Fire Department, and Massena Fire-Police responded to the scene, and power was restored.
Police said no tickets were issued.
