Potsdam Town Councilwoman Rose Rivezzi is the guest on North Country Matters to outline the process to review and update the town’s Comprehensive Plan.
Rivezzi explains the need for such a plan to NCM host Donna Seymour, talking about how local information has been gathered and the ways town residents can participate.

Rivezzi also talks about how the town will fulfill its Climate Smart Community Pledge, using the checklist of the 10 elements that New York State has made available to communities. There are over 100 towns, villages, cities and counties communities across the state working on this designation presently, with more being added all the time.
North Country Matters is a local public affairs video magazine now in its 14th year. The NCM civic partners working to educate North Country residents about critical public policy issues facing our region include AAUW-St. Lawrence County, the League of Women Voters of St. Lawrence County, and The Potsdam Public Library. The shows are filmed in the Fred W. ClevelandComputer Center at the Potsdam Library.
The shows are always available on YouTube.
