MADRID -- The Town of Madrid Water District began flushing the hydrant system Thursday, Oct. 11 at 10 p.m. This is to ensure the hydrants are in good working order and to clean the water mains.
If you experience any discoloration of water, let your cold water faucet run until it clears. If it does not clear, call the town offices at 322-5606 and follow the directions, or call the town clerk at 322-5760.
