COLTON – With budget money so tight, the Town of Colton Department of Public Works is raising funds for improvements to its recreation program and facilities by selling ads on signs at the Swift Field Pavilion in South Colton.
For $350, businesses, organizations and families who are interested can place a message on a three-by-five-foot piece of laminated polycarbonate at the pavilion for three years.
A three-by-two-and-a-half foot message can be had for $275 for three years.
The messages will be placed on ice side of the hockey boards, and will be also fully viewable in summer.
Northeastern Sign is making the signs, and can help with design, but they are asking for camera-ready copy by June 30.
Those who are interested may get more info from Ruth McWilliams at 262-2450 or Scott Muller at 244-9956.
