NORWOOD – The Norwood Library has been forced to shorten the times it will be open “due to their financial difficulties,” says a member of the Friends of the Norwood Library.
Maureen Triolo says they have also had to cut staff.
The new hours are Monday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.; Thursday 9 a.m. to noon, 2 to 5 p.m., and 7 to 9 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
In December, library trustees outlined the financial difficulties they were facing in a letter to the editor.
