POTSDAM -- St. Lawrence County Sheriff deputies found the owner of a tool box with assorted tools that was turned in to them last week after being discovered on May Road.
Cassandra Washburn of Potsdam said it belongs to her husband, Allen Washburn, and he has since retrieved his property.
“I appreciate the integrity,” Cassandra Washburn wrote via email.
