POTSDAM -- The Rotary Club of Potsdam will hold its annual Rubber Ducky Pluck during the Potsdam Summer Festival Saturday, July 14, at 2:30 p.m. at Ives Park.
The proceeds send children with disabilities to summer camp at Dodge Pond as well as benefiting other Rotary community projects.
Tickets are available from any Potsdam Rotarian for $5 each and ticket holders need not be present to win. Tickets can also be ordered at ducky@potsdamrotary.org.
The top prize is $500 cash, donated by Dr. and Mrs. G. Michael Maresca; second prize is a $200 Potsdam Chamber gift certificate, donated by Community Bank NA and Pinto, Mucenski, Hooper and Van House CPAs; third prize is a One Night Stay for Two at The Clarkson Inn, courtesy of The Clarkson Inn; fourth prize is $150 cash from Plumley Real Estate; and fifth prize is a $50 Potsdam Chamber gift certificate from North Country Savings Bank.
Other prizes include three sets of four tickets to a Clarkson Men’s Hockey game (Clarkson University Athletics), three sets of four tickets to a SUNY Potsdam Men’s or Women’s Basketball or Men’s Hockey game (SUNY Potsdam Athletics), and a folding table and chair set from Walmart.
