NORFOLK – State police arrested three people May 27 at 12:05 a.m. at a location on Ann Street on drug possession charges.
Andrew C. Senecal, 21, of Norfolk; Tyler A. Valdez, 20, of Potsdam; and an unidentified 18-year-old Hogansburg woman were each charged with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana in an amount over 16 ounces.
The Hogansburg woman, whom troopers did not identify, was also charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
All three were arraigned in municipal court and released under the supervision of probation, officials said. They were not sent to county jail as earlier reported.
