NORWOOD -- Mayor Tim Levison and Fire Chief Roy Garrow will be honoring three past mayors and 11 former fire chiefs just before the block party Sunday during the Independence Day weekend celebration.
Levison says the event will be at about 6:45 p.m. right downtown.
The mayors are Mark Tebo, Dick Boprey and Dave Fenton, Jr.
The chiefs are Phil Regan, Lee Farrington, Brian Haggett, Charlie Colbert, John Upham, Dave Flint, Harold Loomis, Jerry Reed, Donny Hoyt, Tim Donahue, and Gary Bancroft.
"The theme of this year's Fourth of July celebration is 'Back to the Future,' so this will be part of the past," Levison said.
He and Garrow will great each of the former mayors and chiefs and give them a hat with stitching acknowledging their status as community leaders.
