OGDENSBURG -- Three St. Lawrence County residents were arrested on drug charges in sealed indictment warrants, according to state police.
Salean M. Simmons, 24, Ogdensburg, was charged June 15 with two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of third-degree criminal of criminal possession of a controlled substance: cocaine.
Kacie T. Whitney, 29, Ogdensburg, was charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: buprenorphine.
Simmons and Whitney were arraigned before Acting St. Lawrence County Court Judge Derek Champagne, and released to the supervision of probation.
Jennifer M. Ross, 32, also of Ogdensburg was charged June 16 with two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: cocaine.
Ross was arraigned before Judge Champagne and ordered held in St. Lawrence County jail in lieu of $1,500 cash bail or $3,000 secure bond.
The Ogdensburg City Police Department’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit and the St. Lawrence County Drug Task Force assisted with these investigations.
