OGDENSBURG -- Three Ogdensburg men were charged Monday morning with felony prison contraband counts, according to state police.
Michael E. Shoults, 36; Christian Osorio, 25; and Nicholas P. Colleran, 27, are all charged with single counts of first-degree promoting prison contraband, state police said.
Shoults was charged stemming from a March 19 complaint. Osorio and Colleran were charged stemming from cases that opened June 14, troopers said.
They were all being held pending court action, officers said.
They were each listed as held.
