NORWOOD -- Three Norwood residents were arrested Monday for allegedly manufacturing methamphetamine after St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies said they executed a search warrant at a residence downtown.
Charged with third-degree manufacturing methamphetamine, felony, include:
• Anthony W. Morrill, 25
• Timothy Morrill, 49
• April L. Regan, 32
The arrests followed the execution of a search warrant at 39 South Main St., officers said.
The trio was arraigned before the town justice from Pierrepont. Anthony Morrill was ordered held on $10,000 bail , deputies said. Timothy Morrill was reportedly held on $5,000 bail and Regan was released to the St. Lawrence County Probation Department.
Deputies were assisted by the sheriff's road patrol and K-9 unit, Norwood Police Department, Potsdam Police Department, Massena Department, Gouverneur Police Department, Norfolk Police Department, Department of Homeland Security, New York State Police Narcotics Unit, the Contaminated Scene Emergency Response Team (CCSERT) and Potsdam Rescue.
Deputies said their investigation is continuing and more charges are expected.
